The morning we were to fly out of Lukla was very cloudy and we had to wait for things to clear up before we were able to get out.  We didn't have to wait too long - 3-4 hours.  While we waited, we played cards and watched the planes ahead of ours go in and out.  Here's a plane taking off down the runway. 10/16/2007
